Night Sky Barbeque will be donating their succulent meats and talents to the evening’s meal, including ribs, brisket, and sausages, all housemade and slow smoked and grilled. Bearcamp is making the sides which are hearty enough for vegetarians to enjoy as a meal: herby rice and beans (think risotto, creamy cannellini beans, and lots of herbs), garlicky grilled portobellos with smoky tomato chile salsa, and tangy slaw with vinaigrette. Hilary brings her talent to the dessert, a traditional barbecue staple: peach cobbler.
