All of our meals are available to everyone. Need to stretch your budget? Have a hard time shopping or cooking for yourself? Bored with your own recipes? Working a lot so love a quick take out option? Want to enjoy amazing food while paying it forward so someone in need can eat? These meals are for you.

Our Comfort Food meals room is located in our building at 1164 BUNKER HILL ROAD, SOUTH TAMWORTH, right on the porch to the left of the front door. Look for the FOOD signs. This room is open 24/7, so swing by whenever you’re able.

In the room you’ll find a fridge with fully-cooked meals, clearly labelled; grocery items; fresh produce; and other odds and ends. You’ll also find our ShareShelf with shelf-stable grocery and household items.

Please record number of meals, your town, your age, and a Y/N about ability to pay on the clipboard to the right of the shelves by the donation slot. We use the data to secure grants which fund this program. In the wall, just over the table, is a black metal slot for donations.

We periodically have multi-course dinners available for take out or for dining in. These are advertised on our social media, on local chat groups, and in our meals room. These meals require reservation several days in advance and are served by donation. Fall brings our Texas BBQ. January or February is time to celebrate the Lunar/Chinese New Year. In May we prepare a Cinco de Mayo feast.
