Thanks for bearing with us as we dive into a new summer!
We’re using a new system for invoicing and our timing wasn’t perfect in set up; apologies for confusion. Instead of my sending you your invoice, it’s going to come in an email from our bookkeeper, through our Quickbooks system.
She said you should all have this email by late this week.
Payment is due on the Monday of your session (this week not included :/).
If you want to pay by the session (week), you can divide the total amount due on your invoice by the number of sessions you’ll participate in and make a payment in that amount each Monday. If you want to pay all at once on the first Monday, fine too!
You may use venmo/Paypal/card but must add 3% of your total due to cover the fees.
